Role Overview:
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for evaluating current operational methods to enhance efficiency through standardization, optimization, simplification, or other strategies. The role includes:
  • Providing recommendations for business workflows that align with strategic objectives and facilitate integration across various departments.
  • Coordinating changes in business processes and supporting the implementation of system solutions.
  • Performing a comprehensive range of standard tasks within the professional domain, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Identifying and resolving intricate challenges while applying problem-solving techniques to manage diverse situations.
  • Exhibiting and utilizing extensive knowledge in the field by successfully completing moderately complex tasks, demonstrating a solid understanding of fundamental concepts and practices.
  • Understanding the organization's operational practices and challenges, including familiarity with Service Level Agreements.
  • Upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality regarding employee, customer, and corporate information.
  • Executing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-user support, showcasing exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proficient in ServiceNow.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook and OneDrive, is essential.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or relevant vocational training or IT Support Certification is preferred.
