Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Tech Providers Inc. as a Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions to improve business processes and systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and synthesize functional and non-functional business requirements to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Gap Analysis: Execute gap analyses between business requirements and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Business Case Development: Develop business cases, process, and business test strategy, case, and execution to support business decisions.
- Data Protection: Ensure a strong focus on data protection and compliance with standards, policies, and methodologies.
- Leadership: Lead gathering, refining, documenting, user acceptance testing, and coordination of Data Governance and Privacy (Legal/OGC) requirements.
- Data Mapping: Support the data mapping of data elements to mandated categories per State laws.
- Compliance Management: Manage compliance requirements for vendors as well as internal data.
- Ad-Hoc Data Analysis: Provide ad-hoc data analysis where needed.
- Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert of all data and handle and speak to it in potential urgent situations.
- Enterprise Consent Admin Portal: Responsible for the administration of Enterprise Consent Admin Portal.
- Integration: Work closely with AMS/Service/Product teams to integrate new data/new data usage into privacy solution.
- Requirements Management: Manage all requirements in JIRA/Confluence, obtaining signoff from Management in Compliance, Privacy (and where applicable IT).
- Communication: Lead all 40+ communication templates/touch points with consumers related to state privacy rights.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, business process improvement, or a related field.
- Skills: Experience working with multiple IT and business teams to gather requirements, experienced in Visio, JIRA, and Excel, project coordination experience preferred, ongoing operations experience preferred, and automotive industry experience preferred.
