Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the testing and quality assurance of our applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users, including buyers, SQE's, and corporate quality, to resolve application-related issues and meet their reporting needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for our applications, including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize application performance.
  • Develop and compile monthly reports in Excel, PowerBI, and other applications to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be attending a 4-year university local to Auburn Hills.
  • Candidate must be available to work onsite in Auburn Hills, MI.
  • Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or IT Supply Chain Management.
  • Candidate must be able to work 20-32 hours during Fall and Winter semesters and up to 40 hours in the summer.
  • Candidate must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Candidate must be a full-time student (12 or more credits) during Fall and Winter semesters.
  • Candidate must have the right to work in the US and not require current or future sponsorship.
