About the Role

Dal-Tile is seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to drive market share and sales growth in the prescribed region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing sales volume while maintaining company-approved product margin goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly sales calls to service existing customers and expand account base through cold calling
  • Prepare weekly 'Sales' and 'Call' reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop a monthly strategy for sales calls and prepare a travel calendar based on that plan
  • Conduct area market analysis of top accounts in each region, including Dealers, Contractors, and Builders
  • Research market product data to determine sales strategy and optimize sales performance
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma and some college education highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/email required
  • A clean driving record and reliable transportation necessary
  • 4 years prior selling experience required
  • Prior customer service experience a plus
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is between $27,000 and $59,000 per year, depending on individual qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.

Work Environment

This role requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, and lifting 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
