We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
  • DIGITIZE SALES PROCESS: Utilize technology to enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • ANALYZE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Conduct market research, analyze customer data, and identify business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • DEVELOP STRATEGIC PLANS: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans to address business challenges and capitalize on new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND COLLEGE COURSES: A high school diploma or equivalent and some college courses are preferred.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with CRM software.
  • CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION: A clean driving record and reliable transportation are required for frequent travel to client sites.
  • 4+ YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE: Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • PRIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE: Prior customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

The estimated salary for this position is between $27,000 and $59,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
