Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies* Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and industry partners

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the energy industry* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Salary & Benefits:
$100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications*, plus uncapped commissions, health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and holidays.
