Sales Development Specialist

Alro Steel Corporation, a leading supplier of raw materials to various industries, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Cincinnati, Ohio.
This role offers a dynamic work environment where you can learn, grow, and succeed in your career. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, pricing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Responsibilities- Manage an established customer base, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth;
- Pricing and processing orders accurately and efficiently;
- Solve customer delivery and material challenges through effective communication and problem-solving skills;
- Interact with operations teams on behalf of customers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Previous experience in metals sales or a related field is preferred;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies;
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary ($40,000 - $60,000 per year) and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage;
