About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering innovative solutions that meet their needs.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques.
  • Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
  • Retail, manage, and grow the existing customer base.
  • Coordinate with support partners to educate and excite customers about how they can leverage innovative business solutions.
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
  • Strong presentation skills in face-to-face and virtual environments.
  • Experience in building and maintaining business relationships with all levels of client organizations.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals.
