Position Overview:

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Associate to enhance our HR team. This role will act as the primary contact for delivering outstanding HR assistance to staff, supervisors, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service abilities, a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and practices, and the capability to communicate effectively with various audiences in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide precise and prompt support to employees and supervisors regarding diverse HR issues, building trust in HR services.

Assist staff with HR-related inquiries, including updating personal details, navigating HR systems, benefits enrollment, performance assessments, and leave management.

Accurately process HR transactions following established protocols and timelines, including modifications to employee data, status changes, and payroll adjustments.

Collaborate with HR colleagues and escalate complex inquiries for further resolution when necessary.

Maintain thorough records of all interactions and inquiries, ensuring adherence to federal and state privacy regulations while managing employee information.

Utilize problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to address issues while prioritizing customer satisfaction and organizational goals.


Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or HR support capacity is required.


Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline.

Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and fundamental employment law.

Experience with HRIS and MS Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and navigate a fast-paced work environment.

Positions necessitate verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.


Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly base pay rate is $34.02. This rate may vary based on factors such as the position's location and the candidate's qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including commissions and/or incentive programs.
