We are in search of a Human Resources Specialist to serve as a catalyst, mentor, and collaborator for the leadership and workforce in our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that AMETEK fosters a positive work environment by executing our people strategy effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to harmonize employee needs with organizational goals while adeptly managing operational HR functions.

This position is on-site, necessitating an HR professional who is willing to engage actively in both strategic and tactical HR initiatives. It presents an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to enhance their HR expertise in a dynamic setting. Under the guidance of the HR Director, the HR Specialist will work closely with various business leaders, influencing multiple organizational levels, providing coaching, and nurturing a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with the business to oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, diversity, and training.

• Deliver prompt and accurate responses to management inquiries, ensuring compliance with company protocols and data protection regulations while maintaining HR systems and records.

• Assist in the execution of Strategic HR initiatives and HR Analytics in partnership with the HR Director.

• Support the analysis of employment trends within the business units, reporting findings and developing actionable plans.

• Serve as the primary contact for general employee inquiries, offering collaboration, coaching, and support.

• Guide and mentor employees regarding career advancement opportunities.

• Maintain an HR dashboard/tracker on a regular basis.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary, aligned with the role.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR capacity, ideally within a manufacturing context.

• Ability to operate independently as the sole HR representative on-site, demonstrating a proactive approach in a performance-oriented environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to engaging with employees and coaching others.

• Proficiency in planning, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives to support business objectives.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

• Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent LMS.
