Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Ensure firm compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Oversee staff performance evaluations and provide feedback and support to management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to prioritize HR projects.
  • Manage leave of absence administration and HR records organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably ADP.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR/employee relations experience.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
