ROLE SUMMARY

As a Human Resources Trainee, you will assist in providing clerical and administrative support for daily HR operations. This role involves supporting various human resource functions, including onboarding new team members, maintaining records, managing employee relations, and entering data into HR systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizing documents and accurately recording information.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Preparing correspondence as needed.
  • Participating in employee relations initiatives.
  • Delivering exceptional internal customer service to all employees.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Helping to draft HR documents and internal communications.
  • Gaining exposure to various HR functions through shadowing opportunities.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited HR program, or a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
