Multilingual Office Coordinator

The successful applicant will be a meticulous and collaborative individual who serves as the initial point of contact for guests at the workplace, welcoming them in a courteous and articulate manner in both English and Spanish. Additional responsibilities will include various administrative tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, providing clerical assistance, and supporting general office operations.
Contract Duration: 4-6 Months
Compensation: $20-24/hr
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and route telephone inquiries
- Sort and distribute mail
- Serve as the primary contact for visitors
- Oversee inventory of office supplies
- Prepare conference rooms and coordinate schedules
- Assist the Office Manager with event preparations and clean-up
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Capability to uphold a positive demeanor
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
