Job Summary

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in a designated geographic region or market. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and procedures, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Partner with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and document sales pipeline process and activities
  • Support and partner with the marketing department to achieve regional/market goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience
  • Prior experience working in a custom manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Credible, with excellent business acumen and high-level analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/manufacturing engineering discipline
  • Ability to develop strong knowledge of business operations and procedures: aluminum extrusion, plastic injection molding, precision machining and other related manufacturing processes
  • Ability to travel 20-40% of the time (includes local travel)
