As an Account Executive at Cross Screen Media, you'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and identifying new opportunities for growth. You'll be the face of our company, communicating with prospects and customers to understand their needs and find the best fit between our products and their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform our sales approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Track and analyze sales data to inform our sales strategy

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in sales/customer service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
