Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Western Building Products. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members.
  • Ensure that production targets are met and that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees.
  • Train, develop, and coach production team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are aligned with customer demand.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
