Job Overview

Oxford Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Training Coordinator to enhance our client's team. This role is crucial for ensuring that employees are thoroughly trained and possess the necessary skills to thrive in a manufacturing setting.

Location: Onsite in Waukesha, WI.

The Manufacturing Training Coordinator will focus on creating and delivering in-person training sessions tailored for the manufacturing workforce. This position demands a blend of practical training experience, strong organizational capabilities, and expertise in Microsoft software applications. Familiarity with video editing to enrich training materials with compelling visual elements is also advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and assess training programs for manufacturing personnel.
  • Facilitate in-person training workshops, seminars, and sessions.
  • Work closely with department leaders to determine training requirements and goals.
  • Develop and update training resources, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
  • Leverage Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams to create and manage training content.
  • Edit and produce training videos to complement training initiatives (preferred).
  • Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation.
  • Evaluate the success of training programs and implement necessary improvements.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to training and development.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in training and development within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong skills in delivering in-person training and presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
