POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Process Improvement Manager at Highline Warren, you will be pivotal in recognizing, executing, and maintaining enhancements within our production systems. You will be key in fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement and leading various kaizen initiatives throughout the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To excel in this role, an individual must effectively carry out the following responsibilities:

Propel Operational Excellence within the facility through Lean/Kaizen initiatives, Continuous Improvement activities, and projects. Partner with cross-departmental teams to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement. Execute data analysis and root cause investigations to uncover areas needing improvement. Formulate and implement strategies aimed at process optimization and waste minimization. Spearhead Lean projects and initiatives focused on boosting productivity and efficiency (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Oversee a range of process improvement projects. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with continuous improvement initiatives. Educate and guide team members on Lean/TPM principles and best practices. Serve as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Ensure the sustainability of improvements through effective documentation and standardization of processes. Establish effective communication channels to share project insights and outcomes throughout the organization. Uphold established company values, practices, policies, and procedures consistently. Comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards. Maintain an open and honest working relationship with your immediate supervisor/manager regarding important matters. Exhibit regular and punctual attendance at the designated work location.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the following qualifications:

Strong preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role (with a focus on CI) within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certifications are advantageous. At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Proven experience in conducting LEAN events and value stream mapping. Experience collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

The individual will work in an office environment alongside other individuals. Noise levels are typical for an office setting, including conversation and/or office equipment sounds. While collaborating with team members and equipment in manufacturing and distribution facilities, the individual may be exposed to moving machinery, work in elevated or precarious locations, experience marked changes in temperature and humidity, and encounter dust, odors, and fumes. Typical noise levels may be loud.
