Sales Manager Role at PERI

PERI is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive market share growth and maximize revenue within a designated territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve segment-specific revenue targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within our scaffolding sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on market share growth, including sales resource planning, revenue forecasting, and growth across business models.
  • Provide leadership and coaching aligned with PERI's mission, values, and leadership principles, setting clear expectations and performance goals for the sales team.
  • Ensure all financial, compliance, and contractual requirements are met, actively minimizing PERI's risk exposure.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly individual and team targets and objectives.
  • Analyze current market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust the sales strategy for optimal results.
Requirements:
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A demonstrated track record of developing and leading high-performing sales teams within competitive construction and/or manufacturing sales business-to-business environment.
  • Advanced understanding of PERI's sales process, scaffolding/formwork construction and/or manufacturing project lifecycles, contract terms and conditions, and B2B business environment.
  • Possessing strong business acumen and an understanding of end-to-end sales process and customer lifecycle.
