National Sales Director Job Description

Murray Resources is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5-10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using sales software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
