We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at FORWARD Platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing relationships with our customers in the government and non-profit sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders, including agency directors and vice presidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems integrators, hyperscale cloud providers, and contract vehicle partners, to close sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast through our CRM system.
- 7+ years of field-based, face-to-face enterprise software and services sales and business development experience working with government and non-profit customers.
- Consistent overachievement of Enterprise-level sales quotas.
- Demonstrable account and territory planning skills.
- Demonstrable experience managing relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative working style.
- Fully remote position.
