Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team at LeafHouse. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Manage and train a team of Regional Sales Directors to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics.
  • Create department budgets and review and approve expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with top recordkeepers and advisors to develop new distribution opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our investment team to provide sales support and guidance on new product initiatives.
  • Represent LeafHouse at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of industry-related experience, preferably in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong investment knowledge and experience, with a focus on qualified plans and external sales.
  • Investment Advisor Representative licensing, including series 65 within 90 days of employment.
  • Familiarity with the qualified plan market and/or external sales experience is a must.
  • CFPTM, AIF, QRPC, CPFA, or related retirement designations are a plus.
