Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Thales is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the United States. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage sales performance and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
