Job Summary

The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for direct sales activity within their assigned region. This role will work closely with the VP of North American Sales to execute the regional sales strategy and achieve sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly sales quotas and sales pipeline growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the hospitality industry
  • Identify new sales opportunities and actively close deals with new and potential clients
  • Prepare accurate sales quotes and negotiate contracts and pricing to win new business
  • Maintain accurate records of account targets, leads, prospects, and all additional business development activities in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • May be required to prospect in person locally and/or travel

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hospitality software/SaaS sales experience
  • Key decision-maker relationships within hospitality
  • Property management software sales experience preferred

Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for sales with a proven track record of negotiation skills, high performance, and target achievement
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
  • Diligence in following up
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (such as Salesforce) and sales enabling platforms
  • Relentless drive to understand customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, follow policies, processes, and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network internally and externally
