Job Summary:

The Philadelphia Local Sales team at Univision Communications Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to assist our television and radio Account Executives in servicing existing accounts and performing general office clerical work.

This is a numbers-intensive role that demands extensive computer data entry and computer competence. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering orders and resolving make goods
  • Communicating commercial air times and coordinating ad copy
  • Responding to incoming requests and obtaining credit approvals
  • Posting and following up on invoice discrepancies or collections

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and related sales experience or previous advertising/media experience
  • Knowledge of Wide Orbit, Strata, AE In-Box, and Concur, V-creative
  • Data entry experience, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills
  • Exposure to and/or experience with Nielsen
  • Microsoft Office proficient with emphasis in Excel
  • Experience in multi-tasking work environment
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
