Position Summary
OPB is seeking to recruit two Program Managers to enhance our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Program Managers will be responsible for monitoring and assessing existing national account programs while also developing new initiatives. Collaboration with the VP of Sales will be essential to ensure the optimization of program opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor sales activities to provide accurate forecasts.
- Engage in the development and tracking of forecasts.
- Analyze the USA hardline DIY markets and assess competitive landscapes.
- Actively contribute to the identification of new business opportunities.
- Oversee all facets of new programs from initiation to in-store presentation.
- Track competitor pricing and retail display strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing to create promotional initiatives.
- Review online content and partner with management and marketing to ensure top-tier presentation.
- Explore opportunities for expanding store counts for existing products.
- Monitor program fixture requirements.
- Generate ad hoc reports and visual aids for regular status meetings.
- Participate in program presentations alongside the VP of Sales and clients.

Qualifications
- Must work from the designated office.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, ideally with a Lowes or Mass Merchant vendor, in a Merchandising role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
