Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes

- Schedule appointments and manage patient schedules
- Manage special requests and handle invoicing and fee collection
- Perform various administrative tasks such as phone answering and space cleaning
Requirements:
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally one to two years of clerical experience in a medical office.
