About the Role

We are seeking to expand our team by adding two Program Managers. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, these individuals will be responsible for monitoring and assessing current national account programs while also developing new initiatives. Collaboration with the VP of Sales will be essential to ensure that program opportunities are fully optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales activities to provide accurate forecasts.
  • Engage in the development and tracking of forecasts.
  • Analyze the USA hardline DIY markets and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Contribute actively to the creation of new business opportunities.
  • Oversee all facets of new programs from initiation to in-store presentation.
  • Track competitor pricing and retail displays.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing to devise promotional strategies.
  • Review online content, ensuring top-tier presentation in collaboration with management and marketing.
  • Explore opportunities for expanding store counts of existing products.
  • Monitor program fixture requirements.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and visual aids for regular status update meetings.
  • Participate in program presentations alongside the VP of Sales and clients.

Qualifications

  • Position based in the Mooresville, NC office.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally with a Lowes or Mass Merchant vendor, particularly in Merchandising or Assortment Planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
