Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Facilities and Purchasing Operations Supervisor to join our team at TCRC Inc. This role is essential in providing effective leadership and oversight for our Facilities and Purchasing operations.

Job Type: Full-time, Non-exempt, Salaried

Salary Range: $77,851.49 - $87,193.67

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Director of Facilities & Purchasing in managing daily operations across multiple locations.
  • Engage with various stakeholders including board members, community representatives, and service personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to facility-related issues promptly, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate with branch staff on facility matters and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
  • Monitor critical lease dates and requirements, acting as the primary contact for service providers.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and non-computer equipment, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to optimize purchasing processes and manage budgets effectively.
  • Lead projects related to office relocations and reconfigurations, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Participate in safety committee meetings and assist with emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • Oversee mailroom operations and support staff with mailing tasks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess facilities and coordinate with staff and contractors.

Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. degree with a minimum of 5 years of general office experience, including 3 years in facilities and purchasing management.
  • A valid California Driver License and a reliable personal vehicle are required.

Physical Requirements: This position requires adequate manual dexterity for operating standard office equipment, the ability to sit for extended periods, and occasional travel to various work sites.
