Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure labor and supply budgets are met for assigned projects each quarter.
  2. Uphold contract specifications and maintain high service quality for clients.
  3. Manage payroll processes and order necessary supplies.
  4. Conduct safety and HR audits, and assist in employee recruitment and training.
  5. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  6. Perform quality control inspections and manage employee performance.
  7. Facilitate ongoing training for staff on cleaning techniques and safety practices.
  8. Ensure all operations align with state and federal guidelines.
  9. Identify materials and equipment needs for janitorial tasks.
  10. Execute additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of two years in a supervisory role within the janitorial sector.
  • Experience in managing cleaning operations in large commercial spaces.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
