POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees the maintenance personnel and manages all activities related to facility upkeep, ensuring that the establishment consistently adheres to company standards for cleanliness and safety.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develops and organizes facility improvement plans, including budget estimates.
  • Maintains the maintenance staff schedule in accordance with the Policies & Procedures Code regarding 'Maintenance Department Scheduling & Work Hours Guidelines'.
  • Failure to comply with this procedure may result in disciplinary action, including potential termination. (Refer to Policy & Procedure)
  • Initiates scheduled maintenance programs for various facility equipment.
  • Responsible for the preventive upkeep of facility apparatus, including HVAC systems and other equipment.
  • Supervises the cleaning and maintenance of the premises.
  • Manages the upkeep of the building, grounds, equipment, and fitness facility.
  • Directs the maintenance team in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensures the operational efficiency of mechanical, electrical, and fitness equipment.
  • Maintains sufficient inventory of maintenance and locker room supplies.
  • Conducts regular inspections of the facility.
  • Oversees incoming deliveries.
  • Possesses knowledge of emergency protocols.
  • Maintains a visible presence during peak operational hours.
  • Ensures a high standard of customer service.
  • Complies with and stays informed about all OSHA regulations.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
