Position Overview:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role reports directly to the Company Owners and Chief Financial Controller, providing resources and support to various departments.
Coordination:
Gather information, direct it to the appropriate parties, and liaise with external professionals such as legal advisors, landlords, accountants, and marketing specialists.
Human Resources:
Manage employment documentation, payroll processing, benefits administration, and corporate documentation.
Oversee daily operations related to business maintenance, including lease interpretation, record-keeping, and utility management.
Facilitate communication with external partners, vendors, and store management.
Conduct reports, projects, and research as needed under supervision.
Administrative Duties:
Handle phone communications, mail, and correspondence; organize meetings and travel arrangements; perform data entry; manage supplies; and maintain filing systems.
Execute any additional tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a proactive team player who is adaptable, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are crucial.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) and familiar with payroll systems and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred but not required).
Prior experience in an office environment is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
