- Foster employee connections and facilitate both informal and formal training requirements.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for non-exempt roles.
- Develop a strong talent pool for the division by collaborating with the centralized Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, offering guidance and coaching, and organizing employee events.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards to assess employee compensation packages and assist in pay recommendations in line with company policies.
- HR Policies and Programs - Interpret and implement HR policies and programs to support operational needs while ensuring compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between Corporate and brand HR teams on corporate initiatives.
- Oversee the centralization of divisional HR data, managing HR transactions, workflows, job requisitions, and employee records.
- Maintain data integrity across the division, including conducting headcount audits.
- Employment Law - Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of employment laws and their application.
- Prepare and coordinate data collection for government programs, including AAP and EEOC.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources is essential.
- Understanding of compensation policies and concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to equal opportunity employment, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, and Employment Agreements.
- Basic understanding of Profit & Loss statements, including budget processes.
- Proficient in computer applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with awareness of HR best practices and trends.
