RemX is in search of a skilled HR Assistant III to contribute to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster employee connections and facilitate both informal and formal training requirements.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for non-exempt roles.
  • Attract a diverse talent pool for the division, collaborating with the centralized Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to ensure efficient hiring.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, offering guidance and organizing events.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards to assess employee compensation packages and support salary recommendations in line with policy.
  • Interpret and implement HR policies and programs to support operational needs and ensure compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate and brand HR teams on corporate initiatives.
  • Oversee the centralization of divisional HR data, managing HR transactions, workflows, job postings, and employee records.
  • Maintain data integrity across the division, including conducting headcount audits.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Employment Law and its applications.
  • Prepare and coordinate data collection for government programs, including AAP and EEOC.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources is essential.
  • Understanding of compensation policies and the ability to communicate them effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to equal opportunity employment, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, WARN, and Employment Agreements.
  • General understanding of P&L and the budgeting process.
  • Proficient in computer applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exemplary leadership, communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
