Job Overview

RemX is in search of a qualified Senior Human Resources Coordinator to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster employee relations and facilitate both informal and formal training requirements.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for non-exempt roles.
  • Attract a diverse pool of talent for the organization, collaborating with the centralized Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Promote a positive work environment by building relationships with employees, offering guidance and coaching, and organizing employee engagement events.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to assess employee compensation packages and assist in pay recommendations aligned with company policies.
  • Interpret and implement HR policies and programs to support operational needs while ensuring compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate and brand HR teams regarding corporate initiatives.
  • Oversee the centralization of HR data for the division, managing HR transactions, workflows, job requisitions, and employee records.
  • Maintain data integrity across the division, including conducting headcount audits.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Employment Law and its practical applications.
  • Coordinate the collection and compilation of data for government programs, including AAP and EEOC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources is essential.
  • Knowledge of compensation policies and the ability to articulate these concepts effectively.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to equal opportunity employment, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, WARN, and Employment Agreements.
  • Basic understanding of Profit & Loss statements, including the budgeting process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
