Chapel Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chapel Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our chapel. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and assist with event coordination, ensuring smooth chapel activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to chapel staff, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Manage chapel calendars, events, and appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of religious services and ceremonies.
  • Maintain records, files, and chapel supplies.
  • Greet and assist visitors with inquiries and service information.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments or external organizations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Previous administrative or office experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work respectfully with diverse religious and cultural backgrounds.
