Position Overview

Cross Environmental Services Inc. is seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering administrative assistance to the leadership team
  • Managing incoming calls and routing them to the correct department
  • Welcoming and directing visitors to the office
  • Processing accounts payable transactions
  • Handling email correspondence and other forms of communication
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for personnel traveling out of town
  • Overseeing the inventory of office supplies
  • Supporting document preparation and filing tasks
  • Conducting data entry and maintaining database accuracy
  • Executing additional general administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality in all matters
