About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer/Project Sales Rep to join our team at Gpac, a 30+ year-old recruitment company. As a Business Developer/Project Sales Rep, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our project solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Utilize proactive outreach, networking, and industry research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Sales and Project Execution: Identify, estimate, sell, and execute projects based on customers' needs, working closely with National Accounts to secure and execute project-based leads.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical and HVAC Background: A background in Mechanical and HVAC, specifically in Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional markets, is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Sales Ability: Excellent sales ability and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
