Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of providers, facilities, and community-based clinics to foster utilization of home health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a market strategy to reach predetermined quotas for episodic payer admissions for home health services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and facilities
- Provide education and training to referral sources on home health services and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with agency leadership to establish a strategic approach for engaging referral sources
- Execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development
- Provide professional guidance to referral sources and internal operational staff to ensure patient and referral source satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Successful experience in business development or healthcare-related role
