Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive for Safety Solutions will focus on expanding our client base within a designated sales region.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business leads through strategic prospecting and outreach efforts.
  • Utilizing CRM software to log activities and monitor sales performance.
  • Collaborating on marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Learning from experienced colleagues to adopt effective sales techniques.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in external sales, particularly in blue-collar or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Skills:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Motivation to engage with potential clients through various communication methods.
  • Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
