This role is a full-time opportunity within the Mitsubishi Product Division, focusing on project management, sales enhancement, and overall business development in designated geographical areas. The position will involve collaboration with various stakeholders and will report to the Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Mitsubishi product lines, including Ductless M P (residential light commercial) and VRF Commercial, within assigned markets.
- Act as the Mitsubishi product authority, driving sales growth through consultation with mechanical contractors and effective marketing strategies.
- Prepare quotes and design applications using the Mitsubishi Design System Builder, along with efficiency comparisons through the Energy Estimator tool.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, engaging with mechanical contractors, builders, engineers, and direct accounts.
- Lead and support the outside sales team and branch personnel, enhancing their understanding of Mitsubishi products and services.
- Collaborate with Mitsubishi customers to optimize marketing initiatives and resources.
- Serve as a liaison between Mitsubishi representatives, management, and the customer base, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Work closely with the Territory Manager to drive Mitsubishi sales collaboratively.
- Provide market insights to management to support sales growth and achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma, coupled with over 5 years of experience in HVAC, particularly with ductless and VRF systems.
- Proficiency in learning and utilizing software tools effectively, including Salesforce, Bluebeam, and Mitsubishi DSB design software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of urgency.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- A highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
