Job Overview
The role involves supporting inside sales operations and performing related tasks. This includes processing customer orders and maintaining communication regarding order status and invoicing. You will also be responsible for managing both digital and physical records associated with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Support (30%)
- Process customer purchase orders on a daily basis.
- Handle phone orders for consumables and service parts.
- Monitor backorder situations and report accordingly.
- Assist in maintaining customer pricing documentation for consumables.

Inventory Management (30%)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders on a daily basis.
- Assist in receiving incoming inventory.
- Verify inventory counts and manage consumable and service part stock.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and generate adjustment reports.

Administrative Duties (30%)
- Invoice customers via email on a daily basis.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Address customer inquiries related to invoices, orders, and tracking information.
- Support daily office operations as needed.

Reporting Responsibilities (10%)
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Assist in the preparation of various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues that arise.

Qualifications
- High school diploma with a background in business or marketing preferred; college degree not mandatory.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with Office 365 is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently is crucial.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of inventory management is preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, with capabilities for kneeling, squatting, and bending.
