Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales and service professional to join our team as a National Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our National Account customer relationships in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage National Account Service programs to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at National Account customer sites.
  • Coordinate operational support and related duties to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and facilitate price adjustments to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver regular customer reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage in regular account visitation meetings to build trust and rapport with customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Management or Sales Management in a service industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in National Account Program Management or Key Account Sales Management.
  • Proven track record of contract negotiations with large impact customers at the Executive or C decision-making level.
  • Autonomous, progressive take-charge attitude with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight approximately 20%.
  • 4-year college degree.
  • Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually, based on relative experience and geographic location.
