Job Summary:

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Facility Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facility operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with customers, sales representatives, and store staff.
  • Order Processing: Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and completion.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety, loss prevention, and security.
  • Quality Service: Follow quality service standards and procedures.
  • Material Handling: Assist with moving and loading product, and operate batch tinting equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
  • Work Experience: Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Have an associate degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year of experience working as a Facility Coordinator, or at least three (3) years of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
  • Material Handling: Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment.
  • Paint Sales: Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Tinting Equipment: Have prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment.
