About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Amica Insurance. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Insurance Sales: Sell insurance policies to customers, ensuring they understand the coverage and benefits.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, updating information, and ensuring accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints, providing a positive experience.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service and sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
