About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Facility Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide effective recommendations and solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, store staff, and other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, product movement, and loading/unloading of products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in business, sales, or marketing.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment and ability to operate safely.
  • Experience working with paint and paint-related products.
