**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a total commitment to success each and every day.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive hourly rate of $21.25 up to $28.25, plus incentive/production compensation, monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.

**Requirements**
