- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills.
- Certifications: CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
The Member Service Representative will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with members, staff, and management on a regular basis. The position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, bend and stoop frequently, and lift up to 15 pounds.
