Our Customer Service Representatives act as advisors to our clientele. These representatives are vital to Midtown, as they foster connections with members and ensure a pleasant shopping experience in a boutique setting. The compensation is aligned with the New York State minimum wage, set at $15.00, with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, address inquiries, enhance interaction with products, and deliver exceptional service
  • Handle cash registers, oversee financial transactions, and reconcile cash drawers
  • Guide customers to locate products within the store
