Position Title: Operations Specialist
Overview: The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless operational support for clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service related to clinical operational support activities.
- Perform general office support tasks, including documentation management, handling communications, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with compliance coordination, including recruitment support and personnel file management.
- Manage medical records through data entry and organization of care plans.
- Support payroll functions by reviewing time sheets and addressing payroll inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience in payroll or human resources is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in home health care is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
